I understand $50, $75, wouldn't like having to pay $100 more but $150 is a really unreasonable amount to raise someone's rent by and would have a negative impact on my financial situation. Hope you are fully dressed at all times in your apartment otherwise creepy maintenance guys will peep in on you. No call, email, warning or permission needed if they feel there is a water leak. Also important to know that maintenance has the right to go into your apartment after a simple knock. When you go complain they say they will call the police on you. If you need water for your toilet to flush just grab a bucket and scoop some pool water. Talk about getting rid of fancy commodities like running water that really only 1st world worry about. User ( 01:20) if you like being a paying customer not having water for days, lied to by the office on when it should get fixed this the place for you. This being said my car also got stolen and the complex was of no help in assisting to find the car or help find proof when it was stolen. The gates do nothing towards security since people can walk in at any time. The working gates were added for security purposes. It's basically a paint job to cover up the old look of the place. The apartments were refurnished but the price isn't worth what the refurbishings do.

Plus the gates don't keep solicitors out. Lots of gates to use but they limit you to one for entrance which leads to more traffic and higher chance for accidents. They rush into things with thinking about the effect it has in the residents. User ( 01:28) There have been lots of hidden fees that they like to sneak up on you that you won't be able to avoid. You're much better off living in a cardboard box instead. You can only exit/enter the apartment through one gate, and when you do, if you don't pay $50 for a remote, you have to get out of your car, walk around the fence, use they key, get back in your car, and then leave. The staff is rude and ignorant and the apartments are infested with bugs, no matter how clean you keep your place! Half the appliances broke within the first 2 weeks living there and there was about 3 months where we would find wasps IN THE APT!! We had to tape our vents shut because they would never have an exterminator come and remove the hive (that we told them about countless times).
